COVID-19 UPDATE – MARCH 12, 2020

Dear ACN Community,

As the health and safety of all ACN students, faculty, staff is a critical priority, we continue to monitor the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). Even though our general student body are in the low risk zone, it is not the only thing to consider. We must do our part to limit the spread of the virus.

Reducing the contact rate through social distancing and slowing down the person-to-person spread of the virus is critical to preventing the impact of this outbreak on our families, our communities and the health care system.

The following policy goes into effect as of 19.00 tonight (Thursday, March 12th):

● Classes will be cancelled until Wednesday, March 18th.

● On Wednesday, March 18th the regular course schedule will resume with classes being delivered online.

● Regular in-class courses will resume again on March 30th. ACN will continue to monitor the global situation and will follow up with any changes.

We know this is a rapidly evolving situation and ACN leadership will continue to provide regular updates as information becomes available.

Thank you for your cooperation,

American College of Norway
